Kelly Clarkson became one of the most successful musicians after her victory in the first ever season of American Idol. In 2002, she released “A Moment Like This” which went on to not only become a bestseller but also, her debut hit topped the US Billboard Top 100! Over the years that singer Kelly Clarkson has been criticized for her extra weight, she has never stopped promoting body positivity. She’s currently lost about 40 pounds which is quite a feat. Even though people have spread talks about her working out or going on strange diets, the truth, according to her, is pretty simple.
She just changed the unhealthy side of her diet. How exactly? Well, she started using different kinds of flours, less sugar, and healthier ingredients in her cooking. As a result, when she returned to The Voice as a coach in 2019, she couldn’t have looked any healthier or happier!
